SHARDS // Vol.1
SHARDS // Vol.1
Z-Dimension compilation · 16 artists · Digital release
SHARDS // Vol.1 brings together sixteen different voices from the outer edges of electronic music into a shared picture. The compilation emerged from an open call curated by Z-Dimension, bringing together artists who approach sound, structure and rhythm from very different directions.
Some tracks are raw and direct, others unfold through atmosphere, repetition and cinematic tension. Each arrives as a fragment – self-contained, complete, carrying its own world.
Individually they stand on their own.
Together they form SHARDS.

The project emerged from an open call by Z-Dimension and preserves that very feeling: many different directions that are not forced into alignment, but exist side by side.
The compilation does not seek genre purity. It seeks character and sound with something to say.
Individually they stand on their own. Together they form the picture.
